Kindival is the first annual kindness event that the UK has seen.
Featuring debates and engaging talks on the subject of kindness and what being kind means to society today, the event line-up includes Professor Neil Cummings (Critical Practice) and Louise Burfitt-
Dons (World Kindness Movement), Sarah Chowdhury (Business in the Community) & comedian Andy Hamilton (Never Mind the Buzzcocks).
Highlights include contemporary art exhibitions on the theme of kindness, activities and workshops, and a talk from The Kindness Offensive.
Guests include high profile figures, politicians, human rights campaigners, theorists and
comedians.
11.00 Kindival kicks off. Art, activities, talks & workshops will be taking place throughout the day in the Triangle exhibition space.
11.30am - 1.00pm; Talks & comedy in lecture theatre. Limited Capacity and will operate on a first come first serve basis.
1.00 - 3.00pm Exhibition and activities going on in the Triangle Exhibition Space. Lunch will be available from Chelsea Canteen.
3.00 - 3.45pm Talk; The Kindness Offensive, Lecture Theatre.

Channel 4 is delighted to be supporting Kindival - a one day event debating the importance of kindness in modern day Britain - which is to be filmed as part of the award-winning
Battlefront multi-media project. The event on 25th April 2009 is the brainchild of 20 year-old student campaigner, Tom Robbins, and will take place at the prestigious Chelsea College
of Art & Design.
